High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Working knowledge of precision measuring and inspection equipment.
Basic to intermediate math skills, including measurements and calculations.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to safely lift and move materials with or without assistance.
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to work safely around machining equipment and overhead lifting devices.
