3rd Shift

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Must be able to successfully complete written and practical examinations required for applicable NDT certifications and maintain certification through required five-year recertification examinations.

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.

Bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and crawling.

Reaching, grasping, gripping, pinching, and performing fine manipulation of delicate manufacturing pieces.

Using knee controls to operate Magnaflux equipment.

Contact with oils and chemical vapors from products during the normal manufacturing process

Must be able to safely operate push carts and pallet jacks to move hardware.

Previous NAS-410 NDT Level 2 certification in one or more of the following NDT methods: * Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) * Penetrant Testing (PT) * Ultrasonic Testing (UT) * Eddy Current (ET)

Associate degree in Nondestructive Testing Technology.

Experience using basic measuring instruments and hand tools.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimal values.

Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;)

Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing, quality inspection, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.

3rd Shift:** Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 AM

**Training Schedule** : Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm for ~90 days.

Experience with basic hand tools.

Experience with the computer and multiple computer applications (including email, internet, and other job-specific applications).

Experience with math skills, including adding and subtracting decimals

Experience reading, interpreting, and following blueprints.

Experience with set up and run of CNC Lathes/Mills

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;)

Ability to trouble shoot

You will be required to obtain inspection certification through on-the-job training & testing.
