Family Nurse Practitioner

Current Registered Nursing (RN) License required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University required

Master's Degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program

Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner by the Texas Board of Registered Nursing

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Demonstrated experience and education in providing care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.

Basic computer skills

Must have valid Driver's License

Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid

Valid Driver's License

Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.

Certification from a national accrediting body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) (e.g. Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, etc.) * Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire

Active Nurse Practitioner Furnishing license * Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire

Active DEA number and "X" Waiver to prescribe buprenorphine products * Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire
