25 years of experience in structured cabling with handson fiber optic work
Proven experience with fiber termination, splicing, and testing
Ability to interpret blueprints, fiber schematics, and riser diagrams
Familiarity with data center, carrier, or enterprise network environments
Experience using fusion splicers, cleavers, OTDRs, power meters, and certification testers
Proficient with hand tools, ladders, lifts, and cablepulling equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in ceilings, raised floors, and confined spaces
Willingness to work nights, weekends, or on call as required
