High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of ONE(1) year of facilities and mechanical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
Minimum of ONE(1) year of powered industrial truck or forklift operating experience.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, emergency call-ins, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and work in various positions throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 pounds using available mechanical assistance or team-lifting practices, as appropriate.
Ability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and access confined or restricted areas as required.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, vibration, moving equipment, and other industrial conditions.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety requirements.
Ability to distinguish colors, read gauges, inspection instruments, and maintenance documentation as required for assigned duties.
