HS Diploma / GED and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
Welding experience in a manufacturing or repair environment
Able to define, evaluate, and discuss quality workmanship related to welding
Standing for long times required, repetitive arm motions, frequent lifting with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Demonstrated track record of reliable, dependable attendance; able to work overtime and weekends as required on short notice
Embraces training and skill development with a positive attitude
Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety by consistently following all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Must show a customer-service mindset for on-time delivery and quality work
Capable of working independently, flexibly, and accurately
Good team spirit and initiative
Willingness to take on other duties as assigned
2nd shift availability confirmed: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
