$23.00 per hour

Training: 2 weeks on the 1st shift

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a foundry environment

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other work-related documents.

Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality standards.

Proficient in the use of thread gauges and basic measurement tools.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.

1-2 years of manufacturing, foundry, or inspection experience preferred.

Preferably performing cutoff, snagging, forming, or related manufacturing duties.

Prior manufacturing and/or quality inspection experience preferred.

Prior inspection or quality control experience preferred.
