High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 3 years of experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or related role
Experience with multiple equipment types and production processes
Demonstrated understanding of quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Technical understanding of equipment functionality, controls, and operational parameters
Strong proficiency with measurement devices, gauges, and quality inspection tools
Strong understanding of workplace safety and equipment operation protocols
Basic computer skills for equipment interfaces and data entry
Good physical stamina
Willingness to work in various manufacturing environments and conditions
