Ability to gain operational knowledge of all machinery in feed mill, operate the feed mill safely, make minor repairs, and conduct scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
Ability to obtain PCQI certification for food safety.
Able to obtain good working knowledge of feed ingredients.
Ability to obtain and maintain Class A CDL.
Utilize basic computer skills.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the feed mill and warehouse.

Drive a commercial vehicle when requested.
