A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Successful completion of on-the-job training; completing levels 1 and 2 of the positional training offered
Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register or related equipment
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times, and occasionally lift/move up to 80 pounds
May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays
The ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods
Operates the cash register accurately using the UPC scanner, quick key, and product keywords
Accepts money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased
Balances the cash register and sales at the beginning and end of each shift
Processes returns and exchanges according to store policy
Assists customers in resolving complaints, including escalating them to management when appropriate
Assists with stocking and restocking products, front-and-face products on shelves, and assisting with housekeeping
Attends all store meetings and training sessions

Prepare outgoing shipments including packing, wrapping, and labeling of products
Handle and move large and fragile items such as Electronic Gaming Machines with extreme care
Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Perform regular inventory checksand assist with stock organization
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
High attention to detail and commitment to careful handling of products
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts
Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Experience handling fragile or high-value items is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
Forklift certification is a bonus but not required
Valid Driver's License
Must be analytically minded with a problem-solving mindset
