Temporary Receptionist
Paying $20.00/hour
Approximately 12-week temporary assignment
Monday through Friday
8:45 AM to 6:30 PM, althoughhours may vary based on business needs
Front desk setting
Friendly, organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask effectively
Experience in a medical or wellness office is preferred
Training will be provided
Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Check patients in and out of appointments
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Distribute and collect intake paperwork
Perform accurate data entry and basic clerical duties
Scan documents and maintain organized records
Assist with general front office operations
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive patient experience
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and phone skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
Reliable and dependable attendance
Previous receptionist, administrative, medical office, chiropractic office, or wellness center experience preferred
Customer service experience in a professional office environment
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
