Communication & Measurement Tools: Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge and experience using measurement devices.
Manufacturing Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment (automotive industry experience is a major bonus).
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work mandatory overtime and potential 12-hour shifts as needed.
Pay: $19.91 – $20.16 per hour (depending on shift)
