To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:
Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

Minimum 25 hours per week required
Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
The ability to understand and empathize with our customers' needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9-15 for all hours worked
