Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed

Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times

Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment

To wear the prescribed safety equipment as they relate to the work being performed
Must be willing to report injury, unsafe act or condition immediately to his/her Supervisor
Must maintain work area in neat and clean condition
Must report time and materials used in completion of assigned work
Must be able to inspect castings visually and dimensionally (through the use of precision measuring instruments, gauges, and other equipment)
Must be able to operate grinding equipment, conveying equipment, cleaning, pressing, buffing, and associated machines and equipment
Must be able to operate qualifying equipment and inspect and sort castings
Must be able to perform duties as determined by Supervision
Must be able to report findings to appropriate production personnel
Must maintain proper certifications for contract work
