Employees must be willing to work in excess of 8 hours in one shift
Overtime: Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed
Overtime will paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week
The noise level is such that earplugs must be worn at all times
Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times (ex. hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes)
Safety equipment is provided by the Company with exception of steel toe shoes, which must be provided by employee upon the first day of employment

Machine Operators with flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Starting wage rate is minimum $19 - 22/hr + shift differential (based on experience)!
Responsibilities include operating production equipment to produce carbon and silicon carbide parts.
Production equipment can include presses, sandblasters, grinders, CNC mill centers, CNC lathes, polishing machines, and a variety of hand tools.
Candidates must be capable of following written instructions, recording data and lifting 35 lbs. frequently.
High school diploma or GED is required, and previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
