Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in active listening to fully understand customer needs
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce is a plus
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment
Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Duties and responsibilities include: Fulfill order entry transactions – data entry of PO's
Duties and responsibilities include: Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts
Duties and responsibilities include: Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries
Duties and responsibilities include: Provide customer support while expertly navigation between multiple computer sessions
Salary $21/hr
Schedule is 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm, rotating weekly
