High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Knowledge of auxiliary equipment - hydraulics, mold temperature controllers, hot runner controllers, sprue pickers, robots.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings.
Mold setup experience.
Base PLC knowledge / troubleshooting
Ability to utilize strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose the root cause of complex mechanical and electrical failures.
Experience in injection molding machine repair required.
Experienced in electrical, process, pneumatic, and automation
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written with production staff, engineers, and management to coordinate maintenance activities and report on equipment status.
