Three to five years of quality, foundry, manufacturing, or industrial experience; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance.
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and inspecting production areas.
Frequent use of hands to handle materials, tools, and inspection equipment.
Ability to distinguish colors, read measuring devices, and visually inspect products and processes.

Move and position mold weights and jackets for secure pouring.
Push mold pallets across the deck as needed.
Operate mold release controls for shakeout process.
Use shakeout turntable to separate castings and remove risers/gates.
Operate powered lift trucks to transport materials.
Follow all work instructions and supervisor guidance.
Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all safety procedures.
