Perform repetitive tasks such as loading parts, inserting pins, and operating press machines.
Responsible for assembling chain components and products according to specifications, using both manual and automatic methods.
Must practice all safety procedures and complete necessary trainings related to job duty.
Ensure quality standards are met using gauges, measuring tools, and visual inspection.
Follow detailed instructions of assignment including but not limited to; work instruction, blueprints, route cards, and verbal/written instructions.
Operate and adjust machines such as punch presses, stakers, and grinders.
Interpret and follow multiple chain assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production of various chain models.
Follow established procedures to assemble components and conduct quality checks
Manufacturing experience, refer to qualifications for job level.
Use hoists and lifting equipment to safely assist with the movement and positioning of large chain assemblies.
Ability to read, write, and speak effectively for general understanding of required documentation, instructions, and procedures.
Operate production equipment such as presses, grinders, assembly machines, and dip tanks.
Operate slide die machine to form and assemble chain components according to production specifications.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Proficient in blueprint reading and use of measuring tools
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
