Production Supervisor
2nd shift
Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborating with the quality control team to maintain and improve product standards
Developing, implementing, and adjusting production schedules as needed to meet organizational goals
Monitoring production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
Managing, training, and supporting production staff to foster a high-performing team environment
Preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
A base pay salary in the $70K range (depends upon experience, credentials and years of relevant experience)

High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)
Ability to work 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Completion of a job-related readiness assessment
Ability to lift/carry heavy materials
Ability to comprehend, understand, and apply written and verbal directions from standard operating procedures, safety rules and supervisor coaching
Ability to wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety rules
