Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Learn and support additional food safety and quality programs
Place products onto patterned parchment paper
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Load paper onto the production line
Ensure all products entering the proofer meet company specifications for appearance, shape, and weight
Take weight measurements of sample products
Rework products that do not meet original specifications but can be salvaged for reuse
Ability to work assigned schedule, including overtime if required
Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
Shape various products, including croissants, following approved procedures while maintaining production line speed
Follow all requirements of SQF, FSMA, HACCP/HARPC, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations related to food safety
Adhere to personnel hygiene, allergen training, and related safety programs
