1–2+ years of experience in a blending, mixing, batching, or manufacturing environment
Ability to follow detailed formulas, instructions, and standard operating procedures with accuracy
Experience working with measurements, scales, and batch processes
Strong math skills, including the ability to convert units and scale batch sizes
Comfortable working around chemicals and in a production environment with strict safety standards
Basic computer skills for documentation and production systems
Forklift experience or certification is a plus
Basic understanding of GMP and safety practices (preferred)

Reading blueprints and equipment manuals.
High School or better
