Working knowledge of hydraulics and programmable logic controllers
Must have the ability to make technical decisions involved with mold & die repair to include replacement & fitting of parts
Ability to determine the cause of mold malfunctions and design a plan to correct the problems
Ability to retain the knowledge of mold changeovers
Tig welding experience
Electrical ability to check operation of heaters, thermocouples and heat controllers
Familiarity with three plate mold operations and hot runner systems
