1+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent demonstrated skill level
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing principles
Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T; interpretation
Ability to make machine adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting
Completion of “Go/No-Go Gauge Skills” (Routsis) or equivalent
Completion of “Basic Math for Molders” (Routsis) or equivalent
Completion of “Basic Blueprint Reading” course group (Routsis) or equivalent
Completion of “Intro to CNC Machines 201” (Tooling U)
English proficiency (verbal and written)
