General Executive Assistant to support daily administrative operations
Detail oriented
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Create and maintain digital and physical files
General administrative support
Filing, data entry, and document organization
Organize and track medical bills
Use MS Office Suite for reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Administrative or assistant experience
Strong MS Office skills
Experience with medical billing
Knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal is a plus
