Minimum of one year of consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing Financial Services environment (within the past two years).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Background check, drug test, and fingerprinting required.
Agree and consent to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure & Authorization, FBI Individual Rights, and Consent for Collection of Biometric Data before fingerprints can be submitted.
