- This is a script-driven call center position supporting callers with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries
- Assist individuals seeking information about their claims, including claim status updates and step-by-step guidance on how to submit or receive claim payments
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Pay: $18/HR
- Answer inbound calls involved in lawsuits or settlements
