Administrative Assistant
Detail-oriented and organized
Support daily operations within a fast-paced staffing agency environment
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Respond to emails and inquiries from candidates, clients, and internal staff
Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes
Conduct follow-ups with candidates regarding application status, availability, and placement updates
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Prepare and send reports related to recruiting activity, placements, and workforce status
Support job posting efforts across job boards and social media platforms
Verify documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate details to candidates and hiring managers
Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (staffing or HR environment a plus)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools is a plus
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Office-based role with frequent interaction with candidates, clients, and internal recruiting teams
May require handling high call and email volumes
$20.00 per hour
