Associate's degree with an emphasis on mechanical or electrical disciplines, or a related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in operations and maintenance of gondola systems or similar transportation infrastructure, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of gondola systems and related mechanical and electrical components, including hydraulics, low voltage, high voltage, PLC controls, AC drives, and generators
Proficiency in heavy equipment operation
Experience with rigging and rope rescue
Familiarity with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods
