Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)

Data entry skills
Enter all checks received into the check log and deposits checks into the safe
Scans all utility bills; processes, pays, tracks utility bills
Communicating verbally and written with clients and customers
Must be able to efficiently operate all office equipment
Scans checks for asbestos and tank truck programs and attaches copies to the original applications
Checks and opens/stamps the mail daily. Sorts mail to various Branches within DAQ
Assists in adherence to the record retention policy and scanning/updating files from backlog
Maintain files and reporting
Handling incoming and outgoing client calls
Answer phones
Excellent customer service skills
An updated resume must be submitted to be considered for this position
Pay Details: $13.21 per hour
