Technical degree, 2–4 years of field experience, or a combination of education and hands-on work experience preferred.
CDL Class A license preferred, or the ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
OSHA certifications (10-hour or 30-hour) preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.
Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and measurements.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and underground/overhead electrical construction practices.
