Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
Implement behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes
Perform diagnostic evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care and progress
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies
Advocate for clients by educating families about available resources and support services
Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential
Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to analyze behavioral data effectively
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies
Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing effective treatment plans
Knowledge of patient care standards and best practices in behavioral therapy
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative
Minimum of 20 hours per week but is able to work up to full time per their discretion and flexibility
