High school diploma or equivalent, college education or similar is a plus
1+ years of brokerage sales experience and/or 3 years of logistics, supply chain or related experience
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict
Proficient in MS Office, TMS/Load board (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) experience a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently
