Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to lead and manage change in a cross-functional environment.
Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling for electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, for tooling and fixture design.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively respond to technical challenges on the production floor.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance, if required.
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
