Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
12+ years of supply chain, procurement, supplier management, operations, or materials management experience in aerospace, defense, space, electronics manufacturing, or another high-reliability hardware environment.
Senior leadership experience building, leading, or transforming supply chain, procurement, supplier management, materials, or operations functions in a growing or multi-site organization.

Working knowledge of MRP, ERP, PLM, supplier portals, BOM/master-data workflows, and material planning tools such as IFS, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Agile, or similar systems.
Familiarity with AS9100 supplier management expectations and relevant aerospace, defense, space, or electronics manufacturing requirements.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, suppliers, customers, engineering teams, quality teams, and program leaders.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 with the potential for a bonus.
