Replace all additives and run all required reports.* h.Room cleaning and restocking- IV hood must be cleaned every shift and/or as needed to maintain sterile work surface. IV room must be restocked every shift or as needed. IV room must be clean atall times and cleared of any cardboard boxes, etc. Always ensure that all requirements and procedures of are met.(ADC) Automatic Dispensing Cabinet (Pyxis)* a.User- must be capable of accurately adding new users to the PYXIS system.* b.Product- must properly load cubies with correct medications.
