5+ years of payroll processing experience, in-house or outsourced
Construction or cost, payroll, and time tracking proficiency
Command of all aspects of payroll compliance, including taxes, benefit tracking, and reporting
Must be able to work in an indoor office environment and an active outdoor construction environment
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
Must be able to work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment
Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain
Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to dirt or dust
Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment most of the day
Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally

3–5+ years of hospitality management experience, with bar management experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in a General Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, or comparable hospitality leadership position
