Cost Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience leading, developing, and mentoring accounting or finance staff.
Strong understanding of GAAP and manufacturing accounting principles.
Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Ability to translate financial information into actionable insights for operations leaders.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional partnership abilities.
