Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding before processing
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and accounting documentation
Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, account questions, and invoice discrepancies
Maintain vendor files and update account information as needed
Assist with accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and tracking outstanding balances
Support audit requests by gathering and organizing financial documentation
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties within the accounting department
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records
