Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
Minimum of 2 years working in consolidations, master data governance or as an international accountant
Big 4 experience, consulting or audit experience with multinational engagements
CPA certification (or working towards it)
Assist in clean up and governance of master data and change management across financial systems
Perform monthly consolidation via HFM/Hyperion and ensure SOX compliance around consolidation
Perform analysis on the effects of foreign exchange to the P&L; and balance sheet
Assist in entity mergers, dissolutions, and/or changes in the functional currency
Assist in financial system integrations related to acquisitions

Strong SaaS/software revenue recognition experience required
Deep understanding of ASC 606, ASC 340, ASC 842, and equity accounting

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
8+ years of progressive accounting, revenue accounting, and technical accounting experience preferred
