2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting)

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
0-4 years of experience in regulated manufacturing field.
Understanding of mechanical systems, sealing technologies, and pressure vessel/valve design fundamentals.
Experience conducting root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Experience with 3D CAD
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
