Demonstrated experience in Tool & Die, Stamping, or closely related manufacturing operations.
Working knowledge of stamping dies, press operations, and tool room practices.
Demonstrated leadership experience (group leader, team leader, supervisor, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work cross-functional and communicate clearly with hourly and salaried employees.
18 years of age or older

Work in a loud manufacturing environment that may not be climate controlled (conditions can be hot or cold)
