High School Diploma or GED
1+ years' minimum experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 facility certification and strong knowledge base of quality inspections
Experience with measurement instruments such as Optical Comparator, Micrometer, Caliper, Go/No Go Gauges
Experience with ASQ/ANSI Zl.4 sampling plans
Supported CAPA, NCR, Customer Complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
ASQ training such as a Certified Quality Technician preparation course preferred
Basic proficiency operating the Keyence, including using pre-written programs, preferred
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Understanding of machine diagnostics and complex operating systems; ability to understand and use reference materials (manuals, schematics, etc.); knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis
