Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience is REQUIRED.
Must be able to diagnose and repair motors, motor controls, contactors, relays, and electrical control circuits.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting 230V and 480V electrical systems is required.
Ability to safely read electrical schematics, identify faults, and restore equipment to operation.
High School Diploma or GED required.
7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
2+ years in a Lead Maintenance Technician or senior maintenance role.
Required: Proven experience troubleshooting 230V and 480V motors and electrical control circuits.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
CMMS experience preferred.
