Pay: $22-$25/hour DOE
Converting SAP and BW data into Excel tax supporting workpapers.
Collect relevant data or information from the U.S CBP websites.
Excel manipulation based on source data into meaningful summaries based on specific instructions.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Collect tax relevant vendors master data and customers master data.
Run SAP queries and BW reports according to specific instructions and templates.
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday ON-SITE
Monitor emails on a daily basis and draft initial customer inquiry files for review based on prior templates.
Experience in Excel.
Clearly communicate to supervisor(s) where help is needed.
Send and monitor information request emails to external customers based on prior templates.
Detailed oriented; ability to drill down in numbers (and is careful with the numbers)
Ability to follow instructions and replicate taught process.
Work effectively with co-workers and other groups in the organization.
SAP hands-on knowledge a plus but not required.
Able to self-manage competing priorities and keep projects moving according to timeliness.
Historical tax data collection from various sources, tax data clean-up, and set up tax calculation templates based on instructions and prior templates.
Monitor brokers source data files and emails under instructions and transfer source data into department analysis template files.
Ability to suggest creative solutions to problem solving is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with given direction.
