Provide administrative support to warehouse management and operations teams, seeking 2-5 years of expereince.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software is a plus
Support payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking
Enter, update, and maintain inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer records
Prepare and process shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, and reports
Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and pickups with customers and carriers
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Monitor office and warehouse supply inventory and place orders as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
