Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Power Technology, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of two years of experience performing electrical testing, commissioning, manufacturing testing, field service, or related work on industrial electrical equipment
Experience using electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation resistance testers, power analyzers, and related diagnostic instruments
Strong understanding of electrical theory, power systems, and industrial electrical safety practices
Knowledge of high-voltage testing methods and safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash protection, and fall protection requirements
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Frequent climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying
Ability to lift or move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to safely work at elevated heights of up to approximately 30 feet using approved fall protection equipment
Ability to work around energized equipment while following all established electrical safety procedures
Strong mathematical aptitude, including algebra, scientific notation, formulas, and engineering unit conversions
Document test results, nonconformances, and inspection findings using electronic quality and manufacturing systems
Experience interpreting electrical control schematics and troubleshooting industrial control systems
Experience performing electrical testing on large industrial equipment, power distribution systems, switchgear, rotating equipment, or similar products
Experience using PLCs, LabVIEW, or automated test and data acquisition systems
Knowledge of applicable electrical testing standards and industry best practices
