High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, but Bachelor's preferred
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledgeable about state & local laws related to property management and Fair Housing
Knowledgeable in Renewals – Pricing, negotiations, sending offers, and finalizing lease paperwork
Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Entrata) for property system and reporting
Ability to maintain resident database, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; ensure invoices/receipts submitted on time
Ability to schedule, supervise, and direct daily activities of all on-site team
Ability to manage budget and report budget numbers/variances weekly, monthly, quarterly
Experience managing on-site staff including hiring, firing, training, performance development, and evaluation
Strong financial, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and Fair Housing laws
Ability to conduct market surveys and develop marketing plans with Leasing Manager
Ability to conduct tours, consult with prospective residents, and perform sales activities
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
