Experience in the ADP Workforce payroll system
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferably
One to three years of accounting experience
Knowledge of ADP payroll system and reporting
Knowledge of general financial accounting, cost accounting and double entry posting
Understanding general accepted accounting principles: assets, liabilities, loss, and profit
Organized, diligent, accurate on entry posting, filing and detail oriented
Accurately process and post payroll transactions in the Accounting System
Verify and reconcile payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Ensure accurate tracking, backup, and archival filing of payroll documents
Secure confidential documents
Verify personnel cost allocations and reconcile payroll accounts with the General Ledger
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and compliance documentation
Support the financial closing, tax, and audit activities related to Payroll Accounting
