Minimum of three years' experience is required in the field of building maintenance and/or construction.
Least two years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of computers and computer software, iPad, and cell phone is required.
High school diploma or GED, associate's degree or 2 years' experience in the field preferred.
Basic understanding and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
Computer work is required; ability to multi-task and follow up on project management items is required.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with vendors.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
